Unusually varied experience working in public and private practice and for major building contractors

 
The two directors are chartered architects who have unusually varied experience having worked in both private and public practice and spent significant periods of their careers working in senior roles for top 10 UK Building Contractors. This experience is chronologically catalogued under milestones with useful links to additional information.  The directors are backed by an established team of retained consultants.

 

The company has carried out a broad range of commissions for clients such as Galliford Try Construction, Balfour Beattie (Mansells), Jackson Building, Lotus Cars Limited, Taylor Woodrow Developments Limited, Prince Cladding BV (Netherlands), NPS Property Consultants Ltd and Norwich City Football Club.

 

We have spent much of the last 10 years working on projects within the schools sector in wide ranging roles involving direct contact with the DCSF, Local Authorities, School Governors, Headmasters and Department Heads. We wish to focus our efforts on assisting schools achieve better levels of educational attainment through improvements to their estate and to build on the success of the work we have carried out at Reepham High School and College.  We are therefore keen to meet with Visionary Principals, Headteachers, School Estate Managers and Local Authorities who are seeking a fresh, focussed and affordable look at their estate with a view to providing exemplar investment.

 

 

KEY SKILLS

Architects – All services from initial feasibility through to completion and aftercare .

Procurement Management - All aspects of Procurement Management on major construction projects;  team building, team working, motivation; IT utilisation; rapid assimilation of and contribution to client’s ethos; integrated web, powerpoint and hard copy presentation skills.  ‘Hands on’ approach when required .
