Award Winning Housing Scheme

On budget and on programme

Whilst working as a project architect for the Norwich City Council Architect's Department Chris Walls designed and lead a project team through a variety of local authority mixed housing developments.  All projects he was involved with were delivered on budget and to programme.  The scheme for 55 units at Chapel Break, Bowthorpe consisted of a mix of flats, houses, single storey dwellings and a specialist disability unit.

The scheme received a Norfolk Association of Architects Craftmanship Award.
